100% recommend to others. Little and great place, great for christmas. Marvellous spot near to the centre of George Town, the local bus terminal, the ferry terminal, tourist office, and pier with boats to Langawi, and bars.

Absolutely brilliant place, fab food offered for vegetarian breakfast. Plenty of goodies for breakfast.

The hotel had a nice location close to Street Art. Moreover, it's near to the famous Kapitan Mosque and Street Art, restaurants and bars as well as street food venders which help out for those on a budget, and all the attractions like the jetty.

This hotel met requests! It was clean, staff was excellent and amiable. Perfect location near attractions we wanted to visit - a mosque and a national park. The property was walk from a bus stop.

gorgeous and brilliant hotel located not far from a mosque, langkawi or butterworth on the mainland and the ferry and the buses from prangin mall. normal double, air conditioned unit where the ac works pretty good, and especially welcoming staff. the most important - unbeatable and nice location very near the bus stops to the national park. besides, very convenient to street art. what a good stay, nothing too much trouble.

Excellent location, convenient for exploring Little India and nearby attractions. Knowledgeable and attentive host, providing coffee, tea, and water. Welcoming and social atmosphere, organizing family dinners. Good WiFi, friendly staff, and affordable rates.

Great and unbeatable location for our visit to Wonderfood Museum a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel.

I recently stayed at Cocoa Mews for a total of 18 days over 4 consecutive bookings. The converted Chinese shop-house had neat and clean rooms, with an efficient air-conditioner. The location was excellent for exploring, with limited outside noise. The host, Howie, was amazing, creating a home away from home feel with his two cats, Bobby and Garfield. Fellow guests from around the world added to the interesting atmosphere. The staff was friendly and accommodating, offering us dinner and a late check-out shower option. a great experience.

I can't wait to come back, the place met what was needed. This gorgeous, fairly clean property has delicious vegetarian breakfasts and very very helpful staff. The units are budget, large. Shared bathroom is fairly clean...

The staff at Cocoa Mews were incredibly helpful and friendly. Arthur, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. He even helped us carry our luggage downstairs when we left. The location of the hostel was fantastic, with main tourist attractions in Georgetown within walking distance. The hostel itself was clean and the bedsheets provided were fresh. The room also had universal plugs, which was a convenient feature. I would highly recommend Cocoa Mews for its friendly staff, great location, and comfortable accommodations.
